In response to his tweet, a Twitter user suggested that Vir should try traveling in economy. The Emmy-winner, in a sassy reply, clarified that he regularly travels in economy and highlighted the counterproductive nature of assaulting someone during a travel delay.

The assault occurred on IndiGo flight number 6E 2175 from Delhi to Goa, with passenger Sahil Kataria physically assaulting co-pilot Anup Kumar after an announcement about the delay.
